Lawler Beauty Co. LLC (d/b/a King Beauty) ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Chicago, Illinois.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipment notification with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• USPS Standard (3–7 business days): $5.95 — Free on orders over $75
• UPS Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.95
• FedEx Express (1–2 business days): $24.95 — Tracked and insured

Note: Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 2–3 additional business days for Standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

King Beauty currently ships within the United States only. For international inquiries, contact support@kingbeauty.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of carrier delivery confirmation at support@kingbeauty.com with photos. We'll work with the carrier and replace or refund your order at no cost.

Address Changes & Cancellations

To change a shipping address or cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law and calculated based on your shipping address. Tax appears at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every King Beauty product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Clothing & leather goods: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Beauty devices: Must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories. For hygiene reasons, used devices cannot be returned (except in the case of a manufacturing defect — see Warranty).
• Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked "non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@kingbeauty.com within 60 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid USPS return label.
3. Pack the item(s) securely, write the RMA number on the outside, and drop off at any USPS location.
4. Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), we'll process your refund.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The exact time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, manufacturing defect).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us before sending the item back to confirm the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kingbeauty.com with photos. We'll provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@kingbeauty.com or calling (773) 555-0182.

Device Warranty

All King Beauty beauty devices (IPL, epilators, microcurrent wands, LED masks, sonic brushes, and trimmers) come with a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What's Covered

• Electrical, mechanical, or material defects present at the time of manufacture.
• Issues that develop within 2 years of original purchase date with proof of purchase.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, water damage (on non-waterproof devices), or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear including blade dulling, battery degradation after 12 months, and cosmetic wear.
• Devices that have been modified or used commercially.

How to Claim

Email warranty@kingbeauty.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We'll respond within 1 business day. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
